Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Restart Abroad (“we”, “us”, “our”), registered in Israel and operated by Sagy Gideon Mizrahi from Rishon Lezion, Israel). By accessing or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

You cannot accept these Terms if: (a) you are not lawfully entitled to use our services under applicable laws in your country of residence; or (b) you have not reached the legal age required to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email with reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of our services following such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of our services.

2. Scope of Services

Restart Abroad provides relocation guidance and structured support for individuals and families moving abroad.All services are advisory and informational in nature. We do not provide legal, immigration, tax, financial, medical, or mental health advice.

3. No Professional Advice

Our services do not replace licensed professionals. You are encouraged to consult qualified legal, financial, medical, or mental health professionals when needed.

4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee employment, successful relocation outcomes, or personal results. Outcomes depend on external factors beyond our control.

5. Client Responsibility

You are fully responsible for decisions made based on our guidance, verifying legal requirements, and complying with local laws in your country of residence and destination.

6. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You agree to engage with our services respectfully and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services without refund: (a) harassment, threatening, abusive, or demeaning behavior toward Restart Abroad staff or representatives; (b) providing false or misleading information during sessions or at registration; (c) recording sessions without prior written consent; (d) sharing, reproducing, or distributing session content or materials to third parties; (e) using our services for any unlawful purpose; or (f) any behavior that, in our reasonable judgment, disrupts the safe and productive delivery of services.

7. Payments and Refunds

All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.Single sessions may be refunded if canceled at least 24 hours in advance.Packages are eligible for partial refunds for unused sessions, minus a 15% administrative fee. A session is considered completed once it has taken place. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.

8. Scheduling

Sessions must be scheduled in advance. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling.Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, tools, guides, and content provided through our services remain the exclusive intellectual property of Restart Abroad and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any of our materials without prior written permission. “Intellectual Property Rights” means all rights existing under intellectual property laws worldwide, including patents, copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, and all renewals and extensions thereof.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our services, you grant Restart Abroad a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and incorporate such feedback into our services without further obligation or compensation to you.

10. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and treat your information as confidential. Session content will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. You acknowledge that digital communication by its nature is not fully secure.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We expressly disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restart Abroad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, missed opportunities, emotional distress, or any other losses arising from or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to mediation before any legal proceedings are initiated. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the jurisdiction provisions set out in Section 16.

13. Force Majeure

Restart Abroad shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, internet or technology outages, governmental actions, or other events of force majeure. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions. If services cannot be delivered within 30 days of the original date, you will be entitled to a full refund for the undelivered sessions.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time, including in cases of violation of these Terms, misuse, or inappropriate behavior as described in Section 6. In cases of termination by us for reasons other than your breach, any unused prepaid sessions will be refunded. Termination for cause (breach of Section 6) will result in forfeiture of any remaining sessions without refund.

15. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of either party to enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right. Any waiver must be provided in writing to be binding. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Restart Abroad regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings except as supplemented by any session agreement signed between the parties.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel, and each party waives any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts. We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, UNDERSTAND ALL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS CONTAINED HEREIN, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
